Select Investment Details by left clicking on it. Delete the current stock symbol in the Symbol field and enter the new stock symbol. Under My Investing Tools in the left navigation bar, click on Portfolio Manager. Make sure all transactions that occurred before the stock split date in Microsoft Money will assume the postsplit information. Locate the stock with the symbol you need to change and right click on it. If you are not already in your Microsoft Money investment portfolio, click on Investing at the top of the screen.

Click Done on the lower left to complete the change in Microsoft Money.. Select Investment Details by left clicking on it. Delete the current stock symbol in the Symbol field and enter the new stock symbol. Any transactions recorded after the stock split are entered. Locate the stock with the symbol you need to change and right click on it. Under My Investing Tools in the left navigation bar, click on Portfolio Manager. You will see list of your investments.
